I E mailed Mohawk Carpet Company about some carpet (85sy.) that we had puschased in December of 2011 for our living room,dining area two sets of steps and a hallway.The carpet that is used is from our upstairs to the kitchen on the lower level and has a pathway worn into it. We contacted the installer 2 months after we purchased the carpet and asked the installer about this and he said that Mohawk would probally do nothing about the crushed carpet because there was no crush warranty?I am distressed that I DID NOT get a courtesy reply from Mohawk Carpet Company as we beleive there should be at least a one year warranty on the product.We purchased a Mohawk carpet for our family room at the same time and have no problems with that carpet.We would expect a reply from the company.
